By accessing or using Cue, you agree to these Terms of Use. باستخدامك أو وصولك إلى Cue، فإنك توافق على شروط الاستخدام هذه.

Eligibility الأهلية

Users must be at least 13 years old to use Cue. يجب أن يكون المستخدمون في سن 13 عامًا على الأقل لاستخدام Cue.

User Accounts حسابات المستخدمين

Reservations الحجوزات

Cue facilitates reservation requests between users and participating restaurants. يُسهّل Cue طلبات الحجز بين المستخدمين والمطاعم المشاركة.

Restaurants maintain final control over: تحتفظ المطاعم بالسلطة النهائية على:

• Reservation acceptanceقبول الحجوزات
• Reservation availabilityتوافر الحجوزات
• Seating arrangementsترتيبات الجلوس
• Operating hoursساعات العمل
• Cancellation policiesسياسات الإلغاء

Cue does not guarantee reservation approval. لا يضمن Cue الموافقة على الحجز.

Restaurant Information معلومات المطاعم

While Cue strives to provide accurate information, restaurants are responsible for maintaining: بينما يسعى Cue إلى تقديم معلومات دقيقة، تتحمل المطاعم مسؤولية الحفاظ على:

• Menusالقوائم
• Hoursساعات العمل
• Availabilityالتوافر
• Imagesالصور
• Business informationمعلومات النشاط التجاري

Cue cannot guarantee all information will always be current. لا يستطيع Cue ضمان أن تكون جميع المعلومات محدّثة دائمًا.

Live Activity & Status Indicators النشاط المباشر ومؤشرات الحالة

Live status indicators including: تشمل مؤشرات الحالة المباشرة:

• Availableمتاح
• Busyمشغول
• Fullممتلئ
• Closedمغلق

are designed to provide real-time guidance and may vary from actual restaurant conditions. مصممة لتقديم توجيه فوري وقد تختلف عن الأوضاع الفعلية للمطعم.

Cue does not guarantee exact occupancy or wait times. لا يضمن Cue دقة نسب الإشغال أو أوقات الانتظار.

Rewards & Achievements المكافآت والإنجازات

Rewards and achievements are provided for engagement purposes. تُقدَّم المكافآت والإنجازات لأغراض التفاعل والمشاركة.

Cue reserves the right to: يحتفظ Cue بالحق في:

• Modify rewardsتعديل المكافآت
• Add new achievementsإضافة إنجازات جديدة
• Remove achievementsإزالة الإنجازات
• Update qualification requirementsتحديث متطلبات الأهلية

Acceptable Use الاستخدام المقبول

• Misuse the platformإساءة استخدام المنصة
• Attempt unauthorized accessمحاولة الوصول غير المصرح به
• Interfere with platform operationالتدخل في تشغيل المنصة
• Submit false reservation informationتقديم معلومات حجز مزيفة
• Use Cue for unlawful purposesاستخدام Cue لأغراض غير مشروعة

Intellectual Property الملكية الفكرية

All Cue branding, logos, designs, content, software, graphics, and platform materials remain the property of Cue and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission. تظل جميع العلامات التجارية والشعارات والتصاميم والمحتوى والبرامج والرسومات ومواد المنصة الخاصة بـ Cue ملكًا له، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة إنتاجها أو توزيعها دون إذن.

Limitation of Liability تحديد المسؤولية

Cue is provided on an "as available" basis. يُقدَّم Cue على أساس "كما هو متاح".

Termination إنهاء الخدمة

Cue may suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms. يجوز لـ Cue تعليق الوصول أو إنهاؤه إذا انتهك المستخدمون هذه الشروط.

Users may stop using Cue at any time. يمكن للمستخدمين التوقف عن استخدام Cue في أي وقت.

Changes To These Terms التغييرات على هذه الشروط
